At ICF Switzerland we have organized this pro-bono event because what greater honour than to support those who endeavour to make the world a better place?
Who is this event for?
This entirely pro-bono event is for International Organizations and NGOs.
It is designed to address the current challenges in this field of work, such as stress and resilience , leading in times of uncertainty, sustainability leadership, building a thriving workplace, and more, by using a coaching approach.
All staff, HR professionals and managers will find something of interest here.

Seasoned speakers will talk about coaching coaching culture, leadership, personal development resilience and more, offering concrete tools that you can use at work and personal life.
On-site event, IRU, Geneva

The International Road Transport Union (IRU) will be hosting an on-site event with interactive workshops by ICF Certified Coaches on leadership, personal development, change and resilience.
Experts Panel: Coaching as a stabilizing force?

Industry experts, academics and senior coaches discuss how coaching, and a coaching culture contribute to bringing stability in uncertain times.
