International workers don't always have the time or opportunity to experience coaching as they focus on their organisation's core programs.
At ICF Switzerland we have organized this pro-bono event because what greater honour than to support those who endeavour to make the world a better place?
Who is this event for?
This entirely pro-bono event is for international workers and organizations.
It is designed to address the current challenges in this field of work, such as stress and resilience , leading in times of uncertainty, sustainability leadership, building a thriving workplace, and more, by using a coaching approach.
All staff, HR professionals and managers will find something of interest here.

Individual Coaching Sessions, 12-31 May
A host of experienced, certified professional coaches are offering pro-bono coaching sessions.
Live webinars, 13-15 May
Seasoned speakers will talk about coaching, leadership and personal development, offering concrete tools to use at work and personal life.
On-site event, IRU, 16 May
The International Road Transport Union will hosting an on-site event with interactive workshops and keynotes on change, resilience, coaching culture and more.
Expert Panel: Coaching as a stabilizing force, 20 May
Industry experts, academics and senior coaches discuss how coaching, and a coaching culture contribute to bringing stability in uncertain times.
